September 30:  Fire Prevention: How to Avoid Burnout

Presented by Philip Averett

Where there’s smoke, there’s fire, and if you’ve been through one, you know fire prevention starts with fire awareness. Burned out climbing the FedEx ladder and again while growing local start-up EMSMC, Philip knows that effective stress management starts and ends with stress awareness. And in between, it’s critical to have a plan that works. Participants will create their own Stress Management Plan, broken down into four key areas; Awareness. Prevention. Detection. Responses. Regardless, if you have a great plan like Smokey the Bear or no clue like Smokey and The Bandit, join us for a time to share, learn, and leave better prepared to fight life’s fires.

This workshop is catered by Viva Chicken.

November 18:  Looking Back; Planning Forward

What if you could create a roadmap that provides clear direction and a realistic view of the life you want to lead in the year ahead? This workshop offers just that. Through reflective prompts and the freedom to dream, you’ll gain the tools to transform your dreams into actionable decisions. *Please plan to bring a laptop, iPad, or Journal for this workshop.
