When it comes to the Lewisville-Clemmons Chamber of Commerce, some notable names are practically synonymous with the organization. Brad Hunter is one of those names. As a past Chamber president, two-time Chamber VP, current Chair of the Clemmons Planning Board, and active member of the Lewisville-Clemmons Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Brad is known throughout the chamber and community as a trusted leader, business professional, entrepreneur, and all-around great guy.

But besides just being a great person to know — Brad is also a gifted real estate broker and property management expert. As the owner of Hunter Realty, Brad brings 20 years of expertise to the community. Brad shared, “Hunter Realty is a business that balances between real estate transactions and property management. Things may change based on the current economy, but our company has covered all the bases either way.

“Our team is fluent in the purchase and selling side of things as well as the tenant and landlord part of the business,” Brad continued. “As you can imagine, we wear a lot of hats over any given day.”

Brad shared, “I love the diversification we bring to the table. While I’m a big believer in homeownership, I also understand that not everyone is in that season of their lives. We offer a variety of services to our clients at Hunter Realty can still offer options. Whether we are flipping houses, doing rehab work, facilitating inherited properties through trusts — it’s like our own version of HGTV of Forsyth County.”

The Hunter Realty team is comprised of seven brokers and three office staff members in addition to Brad. “Together, we represent over 350 properties in Forsyth, Davie, Davidson, Yadkin, Stokes, and Guilford counties. We manage properties for clients all over the world and have for years in addition to our many long term tenants. We have been blessed to have helped 1000’s of buyers and sellers over the years. We have never pigeon-holed our expertise, and therefore, we can cast a wide net and offer a broad range of solutions for homeowners, investors, and those looking to lease a property.”

In addition to his company and role within the Lewisville-Clemmons Chamber of Commerce, Brad stays busy serving. His volunteerism has included service to the Winston-Salem Association of Realtors, the Southwest Little League, and other local non-profits. Brad has been recognized as the 2014 Realtor of the Year and 2013 Property Manager of the Year. In 2020, Triad City Beat voted Hunter Realty as the Best Property Management Company in the Triad.
