Village of Clemmons Developments
Megan Ledbedder, our Village Planner, presented an update to the Council last night on the overlay proposal that she spoke about here at our Chamber meeting a couple of months ago. The Council decided to move forward in forming a committee to achieve 2 things:
1) Come up with recommendations for the UDO or Unified Development Ordinance and redevelopment strategies.
2) Come up with recommendations for the Village financial support such a façade and landscaping grants, loans, and tax incentives.
This is all part of the private/public partnership.
If you are interested in being on this committee or having some input, call Megan at Village Hall.
